THERE’S LEVELS TO THIS
The past few years have been filled with knowledge and growth, and it became obvious that the skills and techniques that were being squeezed into our hour-long Signature Facial just no longer aligned with the incredibly low price point. Packing too much into a session meant that I was often going several minutes over the 60 minute time frame, and then frantically trying to clean and sanitize my space before my next client so that I was not running late. My clients deserve me at my very best, and frantic energy does not align with what I try to do in my space. I also was working very hard to use powerful treatments on folks to get them results, only to have them either not buy products at all (negating my work) or buy them elsewhere (using my expertise but giving the business to online sellers). I realized that I needed to make a change to my approach or raise the Signature Facial price significantly. I’m thrilled with what I’ve come up with and hope that you are too.
First, if you have never had a facial with me but plan to, you don’t need to be confused. I have a First Time Client Facial that will be fairly basic and go over what you would need to book moving forward, so that’s easy.
Next, here are the new levels:
Level One (60 mins): Perfect for monthly maintenance, level one treatments typically include: cleansing, exfoliation, light extractions, facial & decollete massage, mask, and finishing products. Other modalities such as high frequency, LED, ultrasonic vibrations, etc. may be used. Basic homecare is beneficial (though not required) in booking a level one session.
This level is best suited for those who are more looking for general relaxation, hydration, brightening, etc. but not in need of significant change. The products used in this level will be less powerful than in the level two and level three sessions, but that doesn’t mean they won’t be effective. If you are someone who only comes a few times a year, aren’t interested in purchasing the suggested homecare products, and are not looking for long term results, this is for you.
Level Two (75 mins): Including everything that level one has to offer, level two treatments allow time for more targeted results. In addition to customized offerings, light peels (including the cult favorite O2 Lift) are available in level two sessions. An approved homecare plan is REQUIRED to book a level two session.
This level will be more for those with acne or moderately congested skin, deeper lines and wrinkles, dullness, rosacea, pigmentation, etc. It allows time for a second mask or an extra few minutes of extractions or facial massage, and a chance to use more of our devices during treatments. It also allows us to use light peels, the o2 Lift, and more. If you are unsure whether to book level two or level three, start with level two and we can work up. And yes, you did read that correctly. Buying the products I recommend are REQUIRED to work at this level or the next. No exceptions.
Level Three (90 mins): For those who are looking to make more dramatic changes. Whether the skin is heavily congested, inflamed, hyperpigmented, textured, and/or in need of smoothing fine lines, level three sessions may include any and all modalities, protocols, products, and techniques from levels one and two, plus additional/more advanced options.. An approved homecare plan is REQUIRED to book a level three session.
This level is our most advanced. This 90 minute session is not for someone who wants extra time to relax, it’s for those who are serious about results. More advanced products, techniques, and devices will be used. Again, purchasing recommended products and being sure to use them as directed is a MUST to work at this level.
Something for everyone! And I didn’t forget about my folks on a budget. The Express Facial is 30 mins and just $60, and will give you a hydration and relaxation boost. It has a specific protocol and cannot be customized, but I promise you’ll feel great!
Note: yes, you can mix and match throughout the year. Our skin’s needs are not always the same. Perhaps you have the proper homecare but want a relaxing facial in between more advanced sessions-the level one session will be there for you. Perhaps after a few months of level three, your acne is under control and you no longer need a 90 minute session-we may move you to level two! The easy thing is, you don’t need to worry about it, because I will guide you on where you need to be. That’s the beauty of working one on one with a professional. There is no cookie cutter formula, just good old fashioned teamwork and effort.
